The Parrodipolis Police Station where Chadwick L. Swiss (More commonly known as Chad) is being held.

"I'd like to see my Friend." Ronald Arnold Gerrimoto Beeslyhuxtoy (More commonly known as Ronnie) demanded of the police officer.

"Who?" He asked. Then realizing who he was asking about. "Oh, yeah. Your here about.." The Officer paused & then said "I would but..."

"But, nothing!" Ronnie interrupted. "Take me to his cell right now."

"Ok. Ok." The Officer said as he lead the Fashion challenged man, his ex-girlfriend (Jane Tarzania) & his pet Hamster (Little Cat) back to the Lock up. They past various cells, all with varying people in them. The officer stopped at the one on the end, Ronnie, Jane & Little Cat looked in on an empty cell.

"No. No." Ronnie said breaking down. He started to cry & then he started to slap himself across the face repeatedly. First with his left hand, then his right & then his left & then his right again. He slapped himself for a few minutes. All the time saying: "Stupid Ronnie! Bad Ronnie! You didn't get Chad out in time & they've put him down like some stray dog no one wanted. You let down your best friend!"

He then turned towards the Officer with a look of rage. He ran over Officer & began to beat him on the chest. "You killed him, you jerk." Ronnie said & then began to cry. He stopped hitting the the officer & fell to the ground. He continued to cry.

Jane & the Officer just starred at the blubbering mess that is known as Ronnie.

Jane turns her attention to the Officer. "You didn't kill him, did you?" She asked.

"No." The Officer said pointedly. "What I was trying to tell him earlier, his friend had been released."

"What?" Ronnie said, whipping away the tears.

"Yes. Another woman was murder in the fashion he was being held for happened yesterday. So, it couldn't have been your friend since he was here the whole time. Also, there were other evidence that didn't quite pan out."

"Deus Ex Machina be praised!" Ronnie said looked towards the ceiling.

"Sure, whatever." The Officer said brushing Ronnie's comment.

"Where is Chad right now?" Jane asked.

"He was released into the Custody of a young woman." The Officer said. "I think there still here."

The Officer walked back down the hall & looked around the Lobby. "Yes, they are. Their over there." The Officer pointed over to Chad & a young woman, they were sitting on a bench.

Ronnie & Jane went done the hallway to see. With some disgust, Ronnie said: "Catherine."

"Who's Catherine?" Jane asked. She assumed it was the name of the woman next to Chad.

"Chad's girlfriend." Ronnie said bluntly.

"Chad has a Girlfriend?" Jane said shocked.

"Yes. Why are you so surprised? We date so why can't he?"

"I don't know." Jane said. She really didn't know, just the thought of Chad having a girlfriend was just so foreign to her.

"Chad met her at one of his Accordion Appreciation meetings & they seemed to hit it off." He said still with some disgust in his voice.

"Why have I never met her?"

"You never really wanted to just hang out with us. Plus, she's kind of new."

Once Chad sees Ronnie, he starts to come over to him. Chad is still wearing the same clothes he had on when he got arrested. As He walked over, Jane looked over the new woman. Catherine looked slightly disheveled. She was is wearing a dark grey t-shirt with the words 'Inflatable Monkey' on it & the picture of a pink monkey-like balloon on it. She had a well worn pair of jeans on & black Converse high tops. She also had a pair of glasses on but they were hard to see since her long black hair hung over most of her face. Her Black hair had light blue highlights & various colored beads hung through out. On her wrists were a few too many bracelets & a couple wrist bands.

"CHAD!" Ronnie screamed & ran over meeting Chad in the middle of the room. Ronnie picked up his friend giving him a big hug & then began to relate all that happened over the last few days which included his reencounters with Mr. Know-it-All, The Wooster Sisters, the Nocturnal Nurse. Also his first encounter with L.A.R.A. Night, the Swan Lady & the Neon Purple Ninja Detective Lady.

After all that, Ronnie noticed something. "Chad, where's your Accordion? Didn't they give it back to you yet? They should of. It's your Accordion, not theirs. I'm going to go get it for you." Then, Ronnie went off to find out where Chad's Accordion was.

Jane was looking at the various wanted posters posted in the Lobby. As she did, she someone came up behind her & said "Thanks."

Jane turned around to find Chad standing there. He just smiled at her. Jane looked around to see if she could see who said thanks. It clearly couldn't of be Chad, He never talks to her. But, no one else was around.

"Chad? Did you say something?" She asked.

Chad smiled again & then walked off to get his Accordion from Ronnie.

"He does that all the time." Jane heard. She turned to the left & Catherine was standing there. She pushed some of her hair out her face & placed it behind her ear.

"Hi. I'm Catherine. You must be the famous Jane." Catherine said as she offered her hand. Her bracelets swung back & forth as she moved her arm.

Jane shook it. "Yes." she said hesitantly. "And your Catherine."

"You know who I am?" Catherine said a bit shocked.

"Not really. Ronnie just mentioned you a few minutes ago. Before that I didn't even know you existed."

"That's typical Ronnie for you. People he doesn't like he totally forgets about but people, like yourself, he never shuts up about." Catherine said with a wry smile.

"Ronnie said you met Chad at an Accordion fan meeting?"

"Yeah. I'm not as fanatical about it as Chad is but I like the instrument."

There was a moment of nervous silence. But, that was broken up by Ronnie as he made his way over to the girls with Chad.

"Who's up for Waffles?" He said. "Because I am! We'll drop by the apartment, let Chad change & then it's Waffle time!"

The four of them (including one pet) leave the Police station happily.
